Prince Charles, who was in a Rolls-Royce on his way to the theatre with Camilla, said he "totally understood" the difficulties police faced.

how could he possibly understand when he as had everything handed to him on a plate  Angry

do you think the students were right to protest ?

Students, like anyone else, have a right to peaceful protest, but not to commit acts of brainless violence and criminal damage. From the footage  saw on the news, they were behaving like football hooligans. But were the ones seen acting in a violent manner actually students ? Or were they `non-students just there to cause trouble so genuine students get the blame ?

I agree with you Roy.  There is no way to tell students from non-students..While I was at university for six years during the 80's; someone crashed into our class, yelling and screaming to come to a protest...., no one left their seat as we were taking an exam.  If we had left, we would have failed the exam and our class for the semester, costing a person several hundred dollars, and for out of state or country, over a thousand per class.
Real students cannot afford to protest non-violently, or violently as if they miss too much class, they will be dropped, and lose the money that they paid for their classes.
